Andanza International – This is us.

In over 20 years, we have already experienced a lot, but we are still fresh, motivated and flexible and always open to new challenges.

As a family-run company, we build on shared values and mutual appreciation. We want to utilise individual strengths and compensate for each other’s weaknesses.

Flat structures, low overheads and direct communication reduce complexity. This makes work easier, speeds up decisions and allows entrepreneurial freedom for the individual. Not everything works out, not everything can be realised, mistakes happen and are allowed to happen. We learn from them.
